How does the ordering process work?
After receiving your order, the logo will be checked again for engravability. We will contact you with a proof in each case. Depending on the order volume and size of your order, your order will be shipped to you within 2-6 weeks. For more details, see the "Order Process" dropdown.
Can I order a sample menu?
Yes, you can order a sample engraving to get an idea of our quality. Visit our sample wooden menu page to order your own sample. If you return the sample undamaged within 30 days, we will fully refund the purchase price, so you won't incur any additional costs.
Is there a right of return?
No, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return policy for engraved products. You can order an unengraved sample beforehand to get a feel for the product. We will, of course, cover any damage due to manufacturing errors or shipping.
The menus are so thin, how durable is that?
Our engineer Philipp developed a five-layer construction made of wood and fiberglass fabric. This ensures extremely high stability, despite the material being only 2 mm thick. This makes the menu flexible yet extremely durable.
The hinge is designed to ensure it will never break when opened and closed. A textile patch is also glued in for long-term durability.
How are the menus delivered?
We will send you the wooden covers, book screws, and foils (if ordered) separately. We select the length of the book screws to perfectly match your requirements. If you would like to include paper binding, we will discuss this in our consultation after we receive your order. If necessary, assembly can be arranged for a flat-rate service fee.
What will my logo branding look like in real life?
The product images give you a first impression of sample logo branding. If you're unsure, feel free to order a sample of the product. We achieve the best engraving results with black and white, isolated logos. Please note that color gradations in the engraving are hardly possible, if at all.
How durable are the menus?
The wood is double-sealed with oil, making it moisture-resistant. The advantage over varnish is that this can be renewed after 2-4 years, making the cards look like new again.
What wood do you use?
We use FSC-certified oak and walnut wood for our menus. The core of the wooden cover is beechwood. The wood comes from a local supplier of our manufacturer.
